Before your first appointment, you will need to fill out the new patient paperwork packet. We ask that you arrive to your appointment 15 minutes in advance to complete the forms. If you would rather, you can print the paperwork here on the website.
Your first visit will be 30-45 minutes where you and Dr. Morrison will discuss all concerns and questions regarding your health and treatment plan. This time will consist of a detailed history and a thorough exam based on your specific concerns.
If for any reason x-rays or imaging are needed at the time of the exam, we will refer you to an outside sourse. Dr. Morrison does not require first patient x-rays to become established.
An adjustment is an option on the first day if you and Dr. Morrison decide that it is the right solution for your care.
